Every pack contains one physical collectible, usually a professionally graded card: a real slab from a grading company such as PSA, BGS, CGC or SGC. Some pools hold other collectibles, such as a sealed case. Your pull is stored in our fulfilment partner’s vault, and the pack tier decides the value pool it comes from, so higher tiers draw from higher-value items.

Yes. Every pack page shows its odds before you buy: the value bands of the pack’s pool and the odds of landing in each. Your pull is chosen by our fulfilment partner the moment you pay, using those odds. Every item in a pool is physical and held in a vault before it is chosen; pools change as items are pulled and restocked, so the odds can change from one purchase to the next.

Grading companies like PSA, BGS, and CGC rate a card’s condition on a 1–10 scale — centering, corners, edges, and surface. A higher grade means a better-preserved card and usually a significantly higher market value; a PSA 10 can be worth many times a PSA 7 of the same card.

You choose: sell it while its Sell option is open — the Sell price is credited to your balance — or have it shipped to your door. Until then it is stored free in our fulfilment partner’s vault, which the partner states is fully insured. A card you have neither sold nor ordered shipped four days after you bought its pack, or four days after a cancelled or failed shipment brought it back, is sold for you at its Sell price at that moment.

Yes — hit Ship Cards and a card in your vault is sent to you, packed slab-safe; our fulfilment partner states that every shipment from its vaults is tracked and insured. The shipping quote shows whether your address can be served and the carrier’s delivery estimate.

Values on card pages come from card-price catalogues and are refreshed regularly. The value shown on a pull is our fulfilment partner’s market value at that moment; the Sell price is set when you sell.
