Your daily free pack. One real card.

Claiming the daily free pack charges nothing and needs no deposit or payment details. All you need is an account with a confirmed e-mail address. The other packs on the site are paid.

One real Pokémon card from the daily pack’s pool, chosen by our fulfilment partner when you claim. The pool is mostly everyday raw cards, with a small number of graded chasers, and it changes as cards are pulled and restocked — so no particular card, grade or value is promised.

The card is yours, so it needs a vault to sit in: your account. To claim a free pack your e-mail address must be confirmed — a Google or Apple sign-up confirms it for you; an e-mail sign-up gets a 6-digit code. No identity check is needed to claim; one may be asked before a shipment.

Your first pack is ready as soon as your account is confirmed, with no closing time. After that a new pack opens every day at 12 PM your time and stays open for 8 hours; if you miss it, the next one opens the next day. The pack is also limited to a few accounts per network address and device each day.

Keep it in our fulfilment partner’s vault at no cost, sell it at its Sell price while the Sell option is open (the amount is credited to your balance), or have it shipped. Shipping is quoted for your address before you confirm and the fee is taken from your balance; an identity check may be asked first. A card you have neither sold nor shipped four days after the claim is sold for you at its Sell price at that moment.

The page tells you why: the pack can be out of stock at our partner for a while, your next window may not have opened yet, your e-mail address may still need confirming, or the daily limit for your network or device may be reached. Wait for the time shown, confirm your address, or try again in a moment; if it keeps failing, contact support.
