XY

The XY series began with Japan’s Collection X and Collection Y in December 2013 and closed in English with Evolutions in November 2016. It introduced the Fairy type, M Pokémon-EX for Mega Evolution, with secret prints lettered in gold from Flashfire on, and sideways Pokémon BREAK cards. The 20th anniversary brought Generations, Evolutions’ Base Set reprints and Japan’s 20th Anniversary expansion, while full-art EX cards are the chase cards.
