1996: all 7 Magic sets with their card lists and current market prices. Pick a set to see what cards are in it.
Magic: The Gathering’s 1996 releases center on Alliances, home of Force of Will, and Mirage, which opened a three-set block in an updated card frame. Wizards of the Coast created the Reserved List that year, and Mirage’s Lion’s Eye Diamond and Phyrexian Dreadnought, the year’s chase cards, are on it. Force of Will, a Legacy staple, has been reprinted several times since, while Lion’s Eye Diamond has been printed on paper only in Mirage.
